The AI That Edits Your Words While Keeping You in Them

The project, built by Orange2AI, is called Renwei Writing (人味儿写作, literally "the human flavor of writing"), and it tackles a problem anyone who's used an AI editor knows all too well: text sterilization. When ChatGPT and friends rewrite your sentence, it often becomes flawless but faceless—like a style manual wrote it, not a human.

Renwei works differently. Instead of molding your text into formal perfection, it analyzes your personal style and keeps it as the foundation. Then it steps in only where needed: fixes errors, improves clarity, removes clutter, but your voice stays intact. It's like having an editor who knows how you write and actually respects that.

Technically, the agent combines style analysis with selective editing. It doesn't rewrite everything from scratch (which is what a generic AI would do). It reads, understands your tone, spots what works and what doesn't, and touches only what matters. More like sculpting than demolition and rebuild.

This isn't just a neat technical detail. For writers, bloggers, anyone who writes for work or passion, it's the difference between a tool that helps you and one that replaces you. A couple of clicks and your piece is better, not different. Maybe less grammatically perfect by pure standards, but still you.
